Cookout with Chef Vikas Khanna, Brand Ambassador for Usha Kitchen appliances

Food December 1, 2016

Vikas Khanna is definitely one of the most handsome & down to earth chefs from the ones I have met so far and when he is cooking, giving out his useful tips and joking with the audience, pun intended, you become more a fan watching him cook, laugh & spread more love and happiness. USHA International, one of India’s leading consumer durables company recently hosted a cook out session with the man himself, six times Michelin starred chef and Brand Ambassador for Usha Kitchen appliances, Vikas Khanna at Delhi Golf Club.

An evening with Vikas Khanna

Lifestyle July 27, 2015

The day started with meeting Anurima (marketing & publishing division head) and Suparna Arora, an intern with publicity & marketing at Bloomsbury office where Vikas Khanna was coming for an interaction with us bloggers.

The event of UTSAV (the launch celebration) which happened at Cannes was all over the internet. It’s a transgender dedication to vegetarianism. It’s a book in gold case releasing close to Diwali this year and is about Indian festivals, ceremonies & rituals. A kaleidoscope of festivals with lots of delicious & holy recipes cooked on rituals or the taste of India in one book with a panorama of beautiful photographs. It is also a tribute to motherland and everyday is a festival according to Vikas where we should worship our motherland like we worship our mother.
