Come experience the true heritage of Rajasthan at the Rajasthani Food Festival, “Aavo Sa, Padharo Sa” organized by Hotel Pluto’s, Vasant Kunj, Delhi.
The most remarkably lively elements of the rich culture are set to be brought alive at this special Food Festival as it’s all about celebrating everything that is strikingly evocative of the Rajasthani culture – from a hearty spread of the choicest Rajasthani churma to snapshots of rural Rajasthan with vibrant colours.
A team of chefs from Rajasthan are brought down to add an authentic regional flavour to the food festival. With most of the delicacies prepared in live kitchen counters, the aroma of North-Indian food offers a sumptuous experience.
The Rajasthani Food Festival Buffet Menu has options of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The spice content is quite high in comparison to other Indian cuisines, but the food is absolutely scrumptious. Rajasthanis use ghee for cooking most of the dishes. Rajasthani food is well known for its spicy curries and delicious sweets.
The splendid food spread highlights are Dal Bati Churma, assorted varieties of Rotis such as Missi and Bajra, accompanied with varieties of chutney like Lehsun, Pudina and Lal Mirch and absolutely delicious sweets including Malpua, Ghewar and Jalebi.
The folk artists performing folk dances, puppet show and the traditional décor of the place adds to the mood and flavour.
The buffet spread will be open for dinner till Apr 03, 2016. So indulge in the exotic Rajasthani culinary experience and Go, Go, Go the Folk Way!
