Dressing up for the fashion week is always full of excitement and drama amidst all the models, celebrities and the who’s who of the fashion world. You want to look the best and this time for the Amazon India Fashion Week Spring Summer’17, I collaborated with Oxolloxo for OOTD posts during the fashion week.
The first look is a royal purple knee length tunic with pussybow collar and smocked sleeves which I wore as a dress. I paired it with my beige sandals, golden watch and a black handbag. For the make-up, I applied some black & gold nail paint from FACES and on my lips I dabbed a plum lipper from the Maybelline lounge at the venue which matched my outfit, gave some kohl and purple eye-shade blend in eyes and kept my hair open.
The tunic was very comfortable and suited me a lot and I walked around the fashion week collecting compliments. I am not really a dress person but this was a bit long so I did not hesitate and wore it with a confident smile. I loved the print and the design plus the colour is so royal & elegant.
For the second day, I wore a plus size geometric tunic with V-tie up neckline and waistline. I again wore it as a dress and paired it with my black & silver watch from GUESS and a silver, blue & golden chain bracelet (a pocket chain) which I bought from Gas but I used it as a bracelet and paired it with silver sandals. I did some silver & blue on the eyes with black kohl, extra black non smudge liner and an orange lipper by Colorbar along with some orangish red hues for the nails and some rosy dream for the cheeks.
The ribbons and the circles were very pretty and I think I looked great in the outfit. The dress was above the knee but with the tie-ups and the pattern plus the comfortness of the material, the ease of the drape, I felt good that I possess a dress which looks a million bucks yet so simple but so classy, appealing and sexy with the way it is made.
For the third day, I wore a white top with multicolour embroidery on neckline and a designer shrug which was given a floral colourful pattern with pom poms. I paired both of them together with my blue capri and my golden floral footwear from Kala Niketan with some pearls in my ears and wrist along with my favourite bracelet golden watch. I used a Maybelline lipstick for the lips (actually I mixed pink & orange for the effect). Also did some pink, blue & golden touches on the eyes with ofcourse the black liner and some golden shimmer which I got from London for the cheeks.
The top was till the hip and hid my fat and the floral design of the shrug very well complemented the off-white top with flowers on the neck. I loved wearing this outfit too as it was simple and I teamed it with pearls to give it a stylish & glam look for the fashion week. The top is feminine, floral and stylish and its comfortable too plus the top has an inner too you don’t have to worry about the transparency of the material. It is light, breezy and yes casually enjoyable and gave me the right feel at the fashion week as white is always classy & fashionable for me.
The outfit for the fourth day was an ornamental tunic with embellished gap neckline. The tunic was again very elegant being full sleeves with work & embellishments on the neck. I wore it with golden ballerinas, some stylish accessories, a golden brown lipper, black kohl and left my hair open.
The best thing is that all tunics of Oxolloxo come with inners so that you don’t have to fret last minute and once you wear them you get comfortable with the style and pattern and you feel they are a part of your skin. They are very comfortable and stylish, smart and yes casually elegant.
Now we get international fashion, the same quality, work, styles, patterns, designs, feel and the look at a budget that fits our pocket. Oxolloxo even has maternity and plus sizes for people who have trouble finding the perfect size. They have sizes till 5XL i.e. from S to 5XL with comfort & class from the runways of Paris, New York, Milan & London and have classic pieces for every occasion, as the woman of today is very outgoing. She doesn’t like boring fashion, is always on the hunt to experiment with something new, classy & trendy.
