USHA International, one of India’s leading consumer durables company recently hosted a cook out session with the man himself, six times Michelin starred chef and Brand Ambassador for Usha Kitchen appliances, Vikas Khanna at Delhi Golf Club.
Gadre Premium Seafood and Vikas Khanna launched Crabsticks for the first time in India at Cafe Public Connection, Connaught Place recently. Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd signed India’s Star Chef Vikas Khanna as Brand Ambassador for Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd, the largest Surimi producer in India and the third largest in the world.
Crabsticks are created from a unique pasta called Surimi, which is primarily made from the best parts of the fish. They are low in calories and fat, which makes it ideal if you’re on a weight-loss programme. Since crab sticks are cooked and pasteurized during the process, they are ready to eat product and can be cooked too.
Usha and Smile foundation presented the third edition of its fund raising initiative “Cook for a Smile” which is endorsed and supported 3 times by Michelin starred Chef & Usha appliances brand ambassador Vikas Khanna. The event took place at Crowne Plaza, Gurgaon recently and was attended by ten top corporate leaders.

A kaleidoscope of festivals with lots of delicious & holy recipes cooked on rituals or the taste of India in one book with a panorama of beautiful photographs. It is also a tribute to motherland and everyday is a festival according to Vikas where we should worship our motherland like we worship our mother.
On 10th July, Godrej Nature’s Basket organised an instore cooking session with Chef Vikas Khanna. It was a great opportunity for people who carry cooking as their passion. He illustrated mocktails named Pomegranate Sangria , Warm Mango Pineapple & Chia Punch , Blood Orange And Tamarind Agua Fresca.
